We’ll connect first by phone, and if it’s a great fit, we’ll have a Zoom call where you’ll be invited to your own personal client portal where you can decide if you’d like to work with our team.
With a support agreement in place, we’ll then begin your personal support process, including:
At least 4 virtual prenatal sessions to help you prepare mentally and emotionally for your birth and postpartum vision
Access to the Body Read Method® body-prep programs that would be a good fit for you at no extra cost
Coaching to help you practice hands-on techniques for comfort and advocacy during labor
After baby arrives, you’ll receive 3 check-ins with us to offer encouragement and guidance in that early postpartum period

Gabrielle and Brittany are committed to providing you with the best support, so you’ll most often see them together. Both will be present for Strategy Sessions and prenatal meetings in the Virtual Doula Support package, while Gabrielle will be your main point of contact during labor support.

Yes! Virtual doula services can be incredibly valuable, even in your third trimester. Whether you need last-minute birth prep, refinement on your birth plan, or real-time labor support, having a doula (yes, even a virtual one!) can add real benefits to your pregnancy to postpartum experience. As a quick reminder, our Strategy Session is great for quick, focused support, while our full Virtual Doula Support package provides essential education, body prep, on-call birth support, and postpartum check-ins!

The call is up to 60 minutes, so your session can be any length of time up to 60 minutes, but any unused time won’t rollover. If you’re not sure you’ll have enough questions to cover in 60 minutes, don’t stress! There’s always more to talk about for the pregnancy to postpartum journey, and we can help draw out questions and insights you may need.
